Modulbeschreibung

Autonomous Mobile Robotics

Kurzzeichen:
M_AutoMoRo
Unterrichtssprache:
Englisch
ECTS-Credits:
3
Leitidee:

The course teaches the basics of autonomous mobile robots. Both hardware (energy, locomotion, sensors) and software (signal processing, control, localization, trajectory planning, high-level control) will be tackled. The students will apply the knowledge to program and control mobile robots. The module is divided into two sections, the first section handles ground robots: Differential drive vehicles, Ackermann steering vehicles and bi- and quadrupedal robots. The second section of the module focuses on uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs)
